Royal Langkawi Yacht Club - Charlie's Place (Part II)

It’s lunch time …
My sister and I decided to go to Charlie’s Place for lunching, guess we just don’t have enough of it LOL …
Took few snaps at the stairs that lead to the waterfront area …

Fiuhhh …
The scenery was just way more beautiful that the one at night …
Few people actually went for sailing, would love that actually but getting real hungry here LOL (Gosh it made Mel missed Auckland even more :( )…
Club Notice Board just outside Charlie’s Place …
The interior of Charlie’s Place (just real cozy here) …

Having Cantonese Noodle (MYR 20) and Hailam Noodle (MYR 20) for lunch …
Completed with coconut ice cream for dessert (MYR 5 per scoop) …

Sadly, our short holiday have to come to the end …
However, we’ll definitely comin back for visit to Charlie’s Place …

Royal Langkawi Yacht Club - Charlie's Place (Part I)

After much consideration my sister and I decided to check out Charlie’s Place at Royal Langkawi Yacht Club instead of going to Pantai Tengah.
From our hotel (Bay View Hotel), it costs MYR 6 for one way trip to Royal Langkawi Yacht Club (pretty cheap actually ^_^)
Although Charlie’s Place is a waterfront restaurant but the view at night was not that spectacular as it was pretty dark. Though ones could still see the yachts around and also ferry and some small boats from the nearby ferry terminal …
Ordered Fettuccini Arabiata (MYR 45) and Fish Burger (MYR 17) for dinner …
Followed by Blueberry Cheese Cake (MYR 24) and Crème Brulee (MYR 20) for desserts …

The foods are so yummy and we had lots of fun there (can't thou tell from our smiles LOL) …

Emporio Armani Caffe Ho Chi Minh City

Drove passed Vincom Centre on the way to Benh Thanh for lunch and this particular café captured my very eyes.

Mel decided to go there after finding that Benh Thanh market is quite boring eventually.

Emporio Armani Caffe located at Vincom Centre (right opposite of Parkson Saigon Tourist Plaza).

It’s a two floors café, with simple yet nice interior.
The table setting
They do serve complimentary breads (raisins breads, whole meal bread and bread sticks) for every meals ordered.
I had Chicken and egg salad (VND 166,000) and strawberry panna cotta (VND 96,000) … YUMMY!
Completed with gin tonic (VND 106,000).
Food – real good, worth the price esp the strawberry panna cotta
Pricing – would consider it as filthy cheap
Would definitely love to go there again next time!
